victor
Has anyone else noticed that on many days by noon the sun is covered over in a haze? We live north of Sete and by noon on many days, the sun is hidden by a haze or heavy low lying clouds. Last winter we often ate lunch warmed by the sun in the south facing window, but now we generally have to eat lunch next to our fireplace.
idun
This winter has been very grey and many french regions, and probably much of Europe has had a distinct lack of sunshine, lots of people SAD, or suffering from SAD, (personally it doesn't affect me so I'm not quite sure what it is). There was a full report on french news about it, a week or so or three ago. Friends in the Alpes tell me that it has been the coldest and snowiest winter in quite a few years. NormanH
Well I live not far from Sète, and I have been posting (with photos) of how nice it has been this winter, and how I have been able to eat out on the terrace over 20 times...If you were further north or at altitude I could understand....Last week:Eating fish with the sun glinting off the plateand then a turn in the park where the Spring flowers are already well out

It was geoengineeringwatch.org. Needless to say, I did not sleep well last night after looking at that site.

idun
I knew about cloud seeding etc. I suppose I realised that SAD made some people depressed, I can think of lots of things that could make me terribly depressed, but not lacking sunshine..... and yet, apparently it can have just that effect. The report on french news was simply about the lack of sunshine in many parts of France, not just a little but a lot this winter. It was in the papers too, http://www.lefigaro.fr/sciences/2013/03/01/01008-20130301ARTFIG00544-cet-hiver-l-est-de-la-france-a-ete-prive-de-soleil.php
Frecossais
The lack of sunshine has hit England too, but today on my way to visit my daughter, I saw the sky! It was grey, as it has been for quite a few days now, but I could see little hints of blue. Actually just to see the sky in the built-up area where I live was a huge boost. I shouted out loud, I think with something like joy.
victor
Pickles,On what basis do you call chemtrails "arrant" nonsense? Have you looked at the site?I also viewed a video from Google called: "What are they spraying?" And another called "Bye Bye Blue Skies."

Perhaps they believe that the temperature / pressure at altitude is exactly the same as that at ground level. Possibly they are just sad nutters.
