Kittycat Posted March 22, 2004 Share Posted March 22, 2004 In connection with an application for french university, could someone please correct, and or finish translating the following:"Every foreign national intending to enrol for a first and second degree at university (?) or for a national degree not......?????". I have tried big dictionaries and various translation web-sites but the last part seems like gibberish. I suspect it may be because I'm not familiar with academic language.
