Cat
I may shortly be speaking to the police to instigate a criminal complaint here in France, do I need to do this in my own town, or in the town that the person I am complaining about lives in? (I know his address, name and phone number, so would have no problem locating his local gendarmerie if need be).
Callie
You can make a complaint at your local gendarmerie.
