Ron Avery Posted September 24, 2006 Share Posted September 24, 2006 Not sure why this needed a post on here and not an instant English/French translator but assuming that this was a serious question, in fact both of you are correct, Dick is grammatically correct, emmener is the correct verb for taking a person, but many French people use amener instead of emporter, apporter and emmener in actual spoken French.
