Kitty
I don't know why they want half of this kind of information. Was it to order a gas tank, like mine? I wasn't sure whether to write 'don't be nosey'! And in hospital, they wanted to know my profession? Why? What difference does it make under the knife whether I'm a dentist or a dustman or married or divorced? Ggggrrrr....
Pads
[:$] No it was one of my home work questions for pratise on how to fill in forms !!
