Original artwork prior to printing

I wonder if any of you are marketing / design / print experts who can help me with the following translation.

I am writing to an organisation requesting a copy of "the original

artwork for their logo", so that it can be reproduced in a printed

document. I have found several expressions on the Web - "charte

graphique du logotype", "image vectorielle", "déclinaison du logo", "dessin-modèle" -

but none appear to be exactly what I need. My current thinking is "un

original du visuel que l'éditeur pourra utiliser pour la mise en page".

Any improvement on this would be very much appreciated.
