a little help with my french please...

Dear all

Can someone tell me what would be a cheery, informal party invite for my french friends... Greyman is going to be 50 soon [:-))] [:-))] [:-))]... I'm a much younger wife! [:D] and we're planning a party.  I've had a go at the invitation but would like to check out my french first to spare any blushes...

the english version goes...

It's hard to believe but greyman is going to be 50!

So, we're have a party to celebrate and would love you to join us

Satruday 11th October 6:30 pm til late (dinner at 8:00)

the french version could go...

C'est dur de croire mais greyman va être 50

Ainsi, nous organisons une soirée chez nous

et nous serions très heureux si vous pouviez vous joindre à nous

samedi le 11 octobre - de 1830 jusqu'à très tard (le dîner à 20:00)
