Quillan
I have looked this up in my big dictionary and can't find it. I think the translation software gives me a 'false friend'. What is the name for a railway sleeper in French? The sentence I am trying to write is "Some of the sleepers are damaged where the joining clip fits but this does not effect the functionality of the rails.", well something like that. Quillan
Many thanks Clair, defies logic a bit but I can understand how they came up with it. Definitely not in my really big dictionary.
