translation software for windows mobile.

With my limited French, Google translate and Babel-fish, I can get the gist of most of the official letters I receive.

However I dont have internet access in France so would like to investigate software to put on my windows mobile device to a similar job.

I fully understand the limitations of all software but looking to "get the gist" rather than get it perfect.  Of course in the old days I would just use a dictionary.

99% will be French-English.

If I needed something important to go English- French I would get it checked by a professional.

Any advice please?
