It's the Haitian in the background I have a problem finding out. The voice belongs to a soldier of Brazilian Army, serving in the UNO Peace Corps in Haiti. Translation to English:"Give a look in the dust!...a lot of people who was down here disappeared... in this moment.. the exactly moment of the tragedy here..the exactly moment of the tragedy...... My God...the church... for a few it doesn't collapsed over us!...Father in Heaven!...(Brazilian Nobel Peace Prize nominee Zilda Arns was inside the church with other soldiers. All of them has died.)
