Araucaria
Is there a French equivalent phrase for "point of lay" for hens? For those that don't know, the English expression means young birds starting to lay for the first time.

Patf
pretes a pondre is used here, but take it with a pinch of salt. It could be tomorrow, or next year,or whenever they feel like it .We have about 10 poules, and we're getting 6 eggs a day from them, a few weeks ago, one or two.
