Gastines Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 I have advised my friends to seek opinion from a Notaire but they would like to know if anyone has gone down this route before they commit themselves. They own a second home in Normandy and wish to transfer ownership to their eldest daughter,a resident of Italy. They have 3 other children all younger, 2 sons.1 daughter.
