madeleine08 Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 After long conversations with solicitors about how things work in the UK...bit vague about France, they have suggested that we declare bankruptcy in France. I have not heard about how this is done...is it?We can obviously declare it here and then have to declare our property in France but how does it work the other way around?Searching now for a French solicitor!
