The market is simply not big enough to support a book in English or even a translation of a French textbook. Provided you put a pressure reduction valve to limit the pressure to 3 bar then if your have plumbed in the UK you should have no problems. The websites are littered with warnings from the plumbing equivalent of the flat Earth society. Adverse comments include describing using a correctly threaded olive fitting to link 16 mm or 14mm French standard pipe to 15 mm UK pipe as a bodge.
