osie
I have just spent 3 hours trying to upgrade my bouygues mobile phone via internet and what a bloody stupid site... given up... why bother...and then as usual when all is lost and it is time to contact someone they are all at lunch.I am adamant the French have no idea how to use the internet... My website has find it yourself room availability. All foreigners use it. French.. not a hope... just a message asking if it is available or not.minor gripe in comparison to all the benefits of france... culture, education, farming, enlightenment, reading [Culture]

Judith
I have always found that the French web sites look beautiful but are (usually) pretty useless when it comes to information provided - this from a now "retired" information professional who used web sites daily to find information. I still do use web sites to find information. of course, the difference is now it is my time I'm wasting and not my boss's!!!!
