I really cannot understand why you are throwing so much third party information that proves nothing but your ignorance of the situation just so you can try to win in an unwinable situation. Especially as in my Citroen Berlingo I rarely go above 80kph. Even though there are some lovely long, quiet, straight NS roads in the Gers.
