Pure or Mash

Definately not that packet slop they seem to love so much here and which is literally one step away from watery wallpaper paste. We always say mash for spuds and it has to have lots of butter and a little milk in it and pure for other veg and fruits just to be different.

The best "puree'd" potato I ever had was in the Andes in Peru where the potatoes are freeze dried in the open air and then cooked and mashed - absolutely wonderful! Maybe that would work in the winter where you live Teamed-up?
