Chauffour
we seem to have erroneously planted cornichons this year. I just checked and at first I thought they were cucumbers...but they are a bit spiky and some almost the size of a small cucumber.Unfortunately the boss doesn't like them in the pickled form...(I do)..has anyone got any ideas, including pickling for me to avoid wasting them? I'm happy to preserve them.PS we don't like cucumbers either - you may wonder what we thought we were planting. So do I......Tracy Chauffour giteshttp://www.chauffour.com

I'd be very dubious unless they swear blind they don't like gherkins!
