Organic Milk, still good if UHT?

I just read this article extolling the virtues of Organic Milk.

In a nutshell the boffins say that organic milk has 3 times more omega 3 and essential fatty acids than other milk products. This is said to benefit children immensely

But are the benefits lost in the UHT process?

A 'google' search came up with a PDF document that said that UHT processing had no effect on fat, I think ( ?) Omega 3 comes from fat so I guess that UHT organic would have the same benefits.

I read a similar article recently - it seems that buying organic milk really does have positive health benefits so we have changed to it.
