It is made by Francine and is in our local intermarche's, super U's and carrefours. I have never looked for gluten free anything and haven't noticed it in the shops. IAN_S Posted March 21, 2005 Share Posted March 21, 2005 I use this Francine flour all the time now and it gives very good results, the pain aux cereal being the favourite here.I had stopped making bread as the other flour I could get did not give very good results, and the fact that the boulanger's van stops right outside every morning!
