dave and aileen Posted September 11, 2005 Share Posted September 11, 2005 Hello, I met a lady called Jan, from Arnac, today at the Triathlon in Vigeois, we weren`t competing!! but she told me that there was a dieting thread running before the summer. Today is the first day of my diet so any help or `togetherness` would be appreciated. At the moment its just cutting out fat and most carbo`s, and exercises every day, but needs must or I wont fit into the winter clothes.Aileen Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
