I’m looking for a basic class for my son who doesn’t know how to chop an onion, but he does enjoy good food. A hundred years ago I took a cooking class when I was living in Grenoble. It was a 10 week class geared toward young homemakers and it was organized by an organization somewhat akin to the YMCA.
