bryansmith Posted February 18, 2006 Share Posted February 18, 2006 Does anyone have any ideas where I can find sunflower, linseed etc, untreated, for adding to my breadmaker ingredients?I found a lovely lady on Eymet market, but she's not there any more.Its easy to find the treated seeds as "aperos" but not the natural ones. Clair Posted February 18, 2006 Share Posted February 18, 2006 Any health-food shop will carry a selection of these: poppy seeds, sunflower seeds, nigella seeds or pumpkin seeds.I also find some at Géant (15 - Aurillac), but they are sold near the dry fruit section rather than the cake ingredients section.
