Selling property that has been been legally transferred - donation entre vifs

My parents and I set up and signed a donation entre vifs a year ago with a french notaire so that their house transfers to me on their death without incurring inheritance tax. Does anyone know if it is still possible for the property to be sold if all parties are in agreeement?

I would advise you to ask the notaire who acted for you a year ago rather than take unqualified advice here.
