Lizfjr
I am going to buy a gas cooker. Are adapters widely available for most gaz cookers to enable them to use butane or do I need a cooker specifically for Butane?
Wozza
I am sure most gas cookers come suppled with the different nozzles required for Butane. Ours did - the shop even asked what gas we were going to use and changed the nozzles prior to delivery. Just tell the store when you buy the cooker to make sure.Warren
Cassis
Do ask - because our area does not have mains gas our cooker came ready to connect to butane or propane, but if you are in an area where there is also natural gas you should check. A good shop should connect the cooker for you and make sure it is working correctly.
