Teamedup
That was a disappointment, I found in the supermarket fridge a bag of Creme Entier Epaisse by Elle et Vire, didn't say it was cream crue, but I had great hopes. All that lousy money for more creme fraiche. There was nothing else marked 'crue' either, I checked..
JayJay
We got caught out with that too, very disappointing.
Will
For what its worth, on one of those Saturday morning cooking progs on English TV last weekend Jean-Christophe Novelli was asked about cream in France (specifically for whipping). He recommended Florette.
Teamedup
I've used florette. It is OK and tastes like cream, so I've nothing against it. I am just used to what I use.
