Nicos Posted November 4, 2007 Share Posted November 4, 2007 We bought a selection of cuts of organic beef and now back in UK ...not quite so sure what to do with it[:-))]We have defrosted Hempe for grilling ....just can't imagine any beef fit for that???!!! ( grillee)Babel fish says its a pole (!!!!!) and google says it's a bit of meat near the diaphragm.This stuff was expensive.......We want to enjoy it.......what/where/ when .....and how ...please?????Answers on an SAE......[Www] ASAP cos I'm about to start cooking!!!!![:-))] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
