Pierre ZFP Posted November 30, 2007 Author Share Posted November 30, 2007 I reckon the curries will be even better tomorrow.The beef you suggest would be fine or you use 'tranche de roule' (not sure about spelling) which is slices of beef about .5 cm thick, used to make 'rolls' of beef stuffed with whatever.
