Suninfrance
This question has probably been asked before, but what is the french equivalent of icing sugar. I have been using Sucre Poudre Extra Fin, but though it IS extra fine, it's not quite icing sugar. Mind you, using the extra fine stuff didn't stop my lemon drizzle cake from getting completely demolished. Made it yesterday morning and it was gone by the evening. And no, slim club members, it wasn't me who ate it. We just seemed to have a run of visitors yesterday. Like London buses - don't see anyone for ages, then they all turn up at once.So french icing sugar equivalent - please.Jan
