Frederick
As new research has discovered heavy metals in wine that might be a risk to health and France is third on the list ...there are calls for producers to remove these metals that come from the soil ........It appears Argentinian and Italian wines dont contain these metals...copper..zinc. nickel ..As they find their way into the wine from the grapes ......How would they go about getting them out ? anybody know....on the meantime I shall still be drinking the stock I have got in !
