Gyro
Hi I am abroad at the moment working.I had a lovely starter dish with,Sliced tomato with a creamy cheesey sauce and lots of garlic and chives. She didn't know what the cheese was called or what it was called in english.Does anyone know a similar recipe or what its called?
Weedon
Wouldn't be Billy by any chance would it? Bit of a stretch of imagination I know, but stranger things have surely happened.Have a look here to see if it's the same Billy Cheese. If not I shall ask around....now I come to think about it (you know how one thought leads to another) I recall a Helmut Cheese once, he was a strange feller who went onto trying out wing-walking after he had an accident trying to ride his motorbike up the gangway on an aeroplane. Can't help with Tommy Arters though...sorry! Gyro
And there I was trying to be serious! I just thought the motorbike thread was in need of a good laugh. So go back to the garden thread and finish; Weedon!!! LolBut back to my question, what soft cheese were they using. I know they mixed it with mayo and added garlic and chives. I really could live on it.
