buelligan
I always used to make my own marmalade (had a recipe handed down from my Great-Uncle). When I was in the UK, I ordered Seville Oranges - they usually arrived in early January and I would make enough marmalade for the year. But now, ignoramus that I am, I just don't know where to find the right oranges[:$] Could some kind soul let me know what I should be asking for please? Many thanks in advance![:D]
Clair
Seville oranges are sometimes labelled oranges amères (bitter oranges) in France.
