Yes Clair, it does sound like a hog roast, doesn't it?  Thanks.

The menu looks pretty good, with an entree of Rillettes de lotte aux fines herbes et jambon cru de Pays, followed by the suckling pig aux champignons et petits oignons.  Then cheese, and then Choux Chantilly.  All for €12 pp.
