andyh4
Unless you buy a vintage champagne, I would not bother.
cooperlola
My first instinct is with Andy but you can manage this if you select well and store it properly. However, it becomes a very different drink which is not to everybody's taste. I googled this a bit and found somebody who concurs with me and came up with what I was going to suggest : Bollinger RD.[:D] http://www.soshiok.com/article/368(I used to work in the wine business so I know a little bit about this but it is so much a matter of personal taste with these things.)Perhaps a case of a decent Burgundy as 2010 has been a good year?:http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE6AK1QE20101121
