Loiseau Posted November 25, 2011 Share Posted November 25, 2011 You probably need the chunky "gros sel" rather than the chi-chi "fleur de sel".There's some here on a Guerande producers' website, but it's still quite pricey: 3.50€ for 750g.You might be better with Noirmoutier salt at 1.84€ for 1kg = though you'd have to add c 12€ p&p if you could not think of an excuse to drive down and pick it up.Angela Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
