Sometimes the best restaurant is Chez Soi

I eat out quite a lot (cheaply I add) and even take photos as I am a 'foodie'.....but sometimes I just find that what I do for myself is what I like the best...

Aiguillettes de Canard,  poêlée aux petits légumes..

They are like fillets of the duck breast, so are very tender.

I buy them from a local producer 'sous vide' (vacuum-wrapped?) and they only need a couple of minutes on each side so they don't dry out. I  use duck fat which I get in a jar from the the same source and only use a dessert spoonful, but you could use olive oil.
