idun Posted June 24, 2015 Share Posted June 24, 2015 https://www.academiedugout.fr/recettes/gateau-magique-a-la-vanille_7003_3#utm_source=750g_outbrain_interne&utm_medium=displayAnyone made this?The GOOD thing about this little video, is that lots of baking terms are used and one can see what the chef is doing, so really good for those words that one sees in cook books and perhaps are unsure of.I have two 'magic' puddings, one is a lemon one where in spite of one mix going in the baking tin, there is a very light top and a lemon sauce underneath and there is also a chocolate pud that is similar, where there is a light chocolate pud and chocolate sauce beneath, but there doesn't seem to be a sauce under this one.
