woolybanana Posted February 19, 2018 Share Posted February 19, 2018 If he is so unhappy, he should stop writing in French, use his own first language, and the Francophone countries should stop lining up to take French classes, French aid and French handouts, as well as buying huge properties in France.But he is right about the spread of French Commonwealth literature; it has never had the status of ‘French literature’ which can only be written apparently in the Hexagone, in contrast to the UK equivalent.
