can you identify this motorcycle trailer?

http://kansascity.craigslist.org/mcy/1759772830.html  i found this trailer in the center of the US Missouri. . While hauling it home, some bikers said they had seen another like it in Wisconsin, north central US.

 

It says made in France on the wheels, and is very light.  Can anyone across the pond identify the manufacturer, or the website?  It may be rather old, as it had been in storage for some time.
