Terry Button wildlife photgraphy

Recommended Posts

Terry Button is a wild life photographer we met when he and his young family were touring France in 2004 in a HUGE camper. They rented the gite for a few weeks and, as we used to be in photograpy, we discovered we had a few things to talk about!

Anyway, his site has some fantastic pictures of wildlife, taken all over the world... and some taken in the Lot too!

Thanks Gary. I particularly like the underside of the mushroom where all you can see are tramlines. That's the kind of photography I'd like to be able to produce, but it takes very serious material... On the other hand, talking material, he did have a contraption made up of a large concertina-type garden tub into which he would dangle a yellow light bulb below a large home-made funnel. The light would be switched on all night to attract moths, which would fall down into the tub and he would collect them in the early hours of the morning... very dedicated!
