Kartmann
I have written letters of complaint to a company and have received replies that they will contact me later, but they never do so. I am familiar with the UK Sale of Goods & Services Act (Parts II 13 & 14) which oblige companies to treat customers with reasonable care and respond within reasonable time. My question is, are there similar laws in France obliging companies to act with due care and/or to respond within reasonable time?I have searched the French “Le Code de la consommation” without success, but perhaps I have overlooked something, or am I looking in the wrong place? Many thanks if you can steer me in the right direction. Chancer
[:-))][:-))][:-))]Responding at all would be a step in the right direction, government departments rarely do so I would be shocked to learn that there is any obligation on the part of private companiesEditted, Actually you are very priveledged, they have responded to you!
