Mark_c
Hi all,We are in the process of replacing the fosse in a house we purchased. We submitted an application to the local environment office to install a 4000 litre tank and 30sqm sand filter, which is bigger than we currently need, but planning for the future. The application has been turned down on the basis that the house clasification (T4) and the size of the fosse (suitable for T6) doesn't match.Could anyone point me in the direction of a definition of the house classifications and what they mean. For example, what is a T6 house, and what is a T4 house. Many thanks in advance
Sunday Driver
The classification relates to the number of main rooms in a property, excluding kitchens and bathrooms. So, a house with a living room and three bedrooms will be a T4 whereas one with a living room and five bedrooms will be a T6.
