clockers Posted July 21, 2011 Share Posted July 21, 2011 Hi all, Has anyone had the banks forclose on them as a result of the management company failing to pay rents and default on mortgage? If so, what has happened exactly? Has the bank chased you in the UK or Ireland? I presume the procedure is they try and recoup money by selling the property. You can probably guess my story, 2 years rent overdue, (small) development in tatters, management company gone bang...banks putting me under lots of pressure now.
