lancashirelass11 Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 Anyone got a supplier of wood for the stove, close to Bourg sur Gironde (33)?Just tried to buy some wood for our woodburner (for the first time), but the bloke our friend recommended no longer does it, and another in the yellow pages won't deliver less than 4-5m3 (I was only thinking of getting 1m3)Suspect I am likely to hit this problem with all suppliers. Am I best getting 5m3 and storing it at our house? Trouble is, we haven't got a place for a woodpile yet, and I am a bit uncertain about insects (i.e. woodborers) if we store it.
