Clair Posted June 12, 2008 Share Posted June 12, 2008 If you're talking about an ice-cream maker with a seperate bowl which goes in the freezzer, it's called une sorbetière.If you're talking about an all-in-one ice-cream maker, it's called une turbine à glaces or une sorbetière à turbine.
