FairyNuff
I need some broad elastic for a waistband, but it's 4 euros a metre around here! Does anyone know of an on-line haberdasher's shop? Admittedly it's been a few years since I bought elastic, but that's more than I paid for the material for a skirt. Thanks FairyNuffPS What a beautiful day! Âme
I get the best value from the haberdashers on markets. Last time I asked for a metre of narrow elastic, I was asked exactly what it was for, (cue: demo and measuring [:$]) and then served with just the part-metre I needed. The bill came to 45c. FairyNuff
Thanks for both replies, I tried the market but didn't find a haberdashery stall, apparently he's not always there. I'll try the internet, it's probably going to be quicker than waiting for the next market day. FairyNuff
