Anton Redman
None but the French Government website has a reasonable summary.http://vosdroits.service-public.fr/F2120.xhtml
beegood
We bought our home from a relative of a person who had to go into a care home. The buying process for us was incredibly long. It all had to go to court so a judge could state it was being sold in the (ill) person's best interest and at the correct price. It had taken from April till December for the whole process. Our purchase only began last July and is yet to be completed (!) Perhaps in the next couple of weeks...........
