suein56
Can anyone suggest which courrier company to contact in order to send a faulty golf club back to the UK?The club arrived by GLS, who seem to deliver in France on behalf of ParcelForce.Any guidance gratefully received. Many thanks.Sue

Not me but my OH. The problem seems to have more or less sorted itself as currently OH is making a deal with the Golf Pro here to make a 'réparation' instead of needing to return the club to the UK.On a note of interest La Poste turned out to be cheapest to send the club back to the UK at 15€90 plus 1€ for insurance, But only because of the light weight v size ratio involved. You live and learn.Sue
mint
I think it's worth his keeping the faulty club so as to have a ready-made excuse next time he loses.
