val douest
I need to return some items (ordered via the internet) to Marks and Spencers by post as none of us are travelling to the UK in the forseeable future. The customer service dept says I need to ask for a Certificate of Posting - but does La Poste have anything equivalent to this, and if so, what do I ask for? This piece of paper apparently obviates the need for any extra insurance. Thanks for any help,Val

Celine
Out of interest how long do M&S allow you to keep the goods before return to get a full refund? In the UK it has gone down to 35 days, but I was wondering about the Christmas presents and clothes I was going to bring to France. Would I get longer ordering on line from my French address? babcock
A company I may buy some clothes from states regarding returns that it accepts their returned goods slip stamped by the post office as proof of posting. Anyone care to try this at La Poste? I can't think of any reason, except the stroppiness of la Poste why this should be a problem.
