Paraffin Heater Repairs

I have one of these electronic paraffin heaters and its developed an error (E-08) which according to the book is a 'turbo error' whatever that is but more importantly it says take it to a repairer. Now this unit is about 5 years old and to be honest I can't remember where I bought it from although it was probably from Mr Bricolage. Anyway how do I find somebody to fix it, what do I look for in Pages Jaune for example?
